Objectives
The objectives of the Association are:

• to protect the interests of bulk mail producers from competition from universal postal service providers especially any abuse by them of their dominant position.
• to represent the interests of members as they are affected by legislation at National, European and Global level.

Membership
Membership of the Association shall be shall be open to legal persons (i.e. companies, partnerships, sole traders) whose primary business is the manufacture of bulk mail in the Republic of Ireland.
